Note to Self:
Do not do the following ever again:
1. Do intense core training on Friday (see previous post)
2. Then more training on Saturday morning.
3. Then get on a train with very heavy bags.
4. Then curl up on a train seat for four hours.
5. Then lug heavy bags to an apartment.
6. Then sleep on an air mattress.
7. All while fighting a cold.
Do: Take a hot bath if you ever do this.
